Paul Bradley – Director

Having studied Mechanical Engineering at UCL, Paul has almost 25 years experience in Financial Services. Specialising in both individual and company protection, he has a wealth of experience gained throughout the industry with providers such as Bupa and Freedom Healthnet through to independent brokers and networks such as Berkeley Morgan and Chase Templeton.

In his spare time, he enjoys all things mechanical and has recently restored a 1967 Volkswagen Campervan which now sits proudly in his garage along with various motorbikes and other projects waiting for attention.

He loves sport, watching mainly, but is also a keen snowboarder and occasionally manages to cover a few miles on his mountain bike.

Married for almost 30 years, he has 2 grown-up children and is such a successful parent that his children now reside and travel worldwide giving him ample opportunity (and excuse) to travel extensively.

Originally from Kent, Tracey began her insurance career with Royal & Sun Alliance. Starting as part of a telesales team she soon progressed to telesales trainer and then to leading the broker support team. This experience is being put to excellent use as Senior Consultant here at Halo.

Since joining the growing team at Halo, Tracey has extended her already extensive knowledge of the private medical insurance market, passed her IF7 qualification with flying colours and supplemented this with growing expertise in life insurance, critical illness and income protection, both in the group and individual market.

With her clear, no-nonsense approach and willingness to give her time freely to her clients, however complex their requirements, Tracey excels at finding solutions and becoming her client’s much-trusted adviser as can be seen in her many glowing recommendations and 5 star reviews.

In her spare time, Tracey enjoys traveling, be this in the UK or overseas. Family and friends play a massive part in Tracey’s life and most of her spare time is spent with family and friends and often travels back to her hometown in Bromley, Kent to visit her childhood friends that still play a massive part in her life.

Paige was a Law and Sociology student before taking on a role with a global sales company working in partnership with Legal and General. Excelling in customer service she soon took over as the team leader and was soon headhunted by a national recruitment company. It was during these two roles she developed the customer service and people skills that make her a valued member of the team.

After spending 2 years in this industry she was soon working with large companies such as TalkTalk and USwitch, heading up their Telesales Teams. Paige soon found herself working for Halo where she has quickly grown an extensive knowledge and passion for the insurance industry, always going the extra mile for her clients. Having worked for Halo for a number of years now, she is often said to be ‘part of the furniture’. Her wealth of understanding of the insurance industry and her friendly demeanour play a huge part in her relationships with her clients.

In her spare time, Paige enjoys socialising with friends, family and building close relationships with her team here at Halo. She is a keen reader, has a passion for cooking and involves herself with local charity work on a regular basis.

Having studied English Literature way back in the last century John spent many years in Travel Marketing working in Europe, Africa and America. 14 years ago he started to grow another business as a partner with Utility Warehouse which flourished and continues to this day.He then discovered Private Medical Insurance and subsequently trained with WPA before joining Halo in 2019.In his spare time John enjoys gardening, travel and cooking creatively!Married for over 40 years, his wife Betty has a background in Education and supports John in the business. They have 3 grown up children and four grandsons.
