Having studied Mechanical Engineering at UCL, Paul has almost 25 years experience in Financial Services. Specialising in both individual and company protection, he has a wealth of experience gained throughout the industry with providers such as Bupa and Freedom Healthnet through to independent brokers and networks such as Berkeley Morgan and Chase Templeton.

In his spare time, he enjoys all things mechanical and has recently restored a 1967 Volkswagen Campervan which now sits proudly in his garage along with various motorbikes and other projects waiting for attention.

He loves sport, watching mainly, but is also a keen snowboarder and occasionally manages to cover a few miles on his mountain bike.

Married for almost 30 years, he has 2 grown-up children and is such a successful parent that his children now reside and travel worldwide giving him ample opportunity (and excuse) to travel extensively.

Paige was a Law and Sociology student before taking on a role with a global sales company working in partnership with Legal and General. Excelling in customer service she soon took over as the team leader and was soon headhunted by a national recruitment company. It was during these two roles she developed the customer service and people skills that make her a valued member of the team.

After spending 2 years in this industry she was soon working with large companies such as TalkTalk and USwitch, heading up their Telesales Teams. Paige soon found herself working for Halo where she has quickly grown an extensive knowledge and passion for the insurance industry, always going the extra mile for her clients. Having worked for Halo for a number of years now, she is often said to be ‘part of the furniture’. Her wealth of understanding of the insurance industry and her friendly demeanour play a huge part in her relationships with her clients.

In her spare time, Paige enjoys socialising with friends, family and building close relationships with her team here at Halo. She is a keen reader, has a passion for cooking and involves herself with local charity work on a regular basis.

Rachel Moyo – Consultant

Rachel has worked in financial services for nearly 27 years having started her career in Investment banking where she won a few service awards and headed up a settlements team.

Rachel switched over to the Insurance Industry 6 years ago originally working for one of the Industry providers and gaining a prestige award through them, she decided to move into the independent brokerage world as she wanted to be able to build lasting relationships with her clients and be able to offer them a full range of products and providers. Gaining her CII level 3 Certificate in Insurance in 2022.

In her spare time Rachel likes to spend her time outdoors, she has a passion for the water and all water related sports, when not on the water, she can generally be found travelling around in the campervan, riding her bikes (Mountain and Motor) or walking her two dogs, or maybe in the gym hitting a few bags.

James boasts over a decade in the Employee Benefits Industry, specializing in Healthcare, Group Risk, Pensions, and Flexible Benefits. He prioritizes roles that directly assist people and ensure benefits are accessible. Initially at Bupa, James managed private medical insurance, dental insurance, healthcare cash plans, and travel insurance schemes for intermediaries, companies, and large corporates. During his tenure, he honed his people and relationship skills while leading sales teams.

Headhunted by Verlingue, James led the Client Services team, cultivating his passion for Flexible Benefits Platforms. He expanded service offerings, providing unique benefits that departed from traditional schemes. Transitioning to an International Benefits broker, James fostered global relationships, solidifying his presence in the industry.

Joining Benefex, James seized the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in wellbeing and benefits provision for the UK’s largest companies. Tailoring benefits packages for large corporate clients, he aims to enhance staff retention in a competitive market. His spare time is devoted to fitness, outdoor activities, and pursuing a healthy lifestyle, complemented by extensive travel.

Hannah Bradley – Occupational Psychology Consultant

Hannah specialises in applying positive psychology principles to enhance workplace dynamics and promote organisational success.

With a master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham, Hannah’s ability to collect, analyse, and interpret organisational data enables her to identify effective strategies for improving employee wellbeing and performance. Her expertise is informed by academic research, which explores the connections between empowerment, employee wellbeing, and extra-role behaviours. This work has earned her an invitation to present at the upcoming European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology conference, demonstrating her credibility and recognition in the field.

Hannah’s diverse professional background, spanning various industries and countries, gives her a unique perspective on workplace culture. This broad experience, combined with her analytical skills, allows her to identify trends and insights that guide organisations in designing benefit programmes that attract, retain and motivate talent.

Adept at crafting tailored strategies to help organisations foster positive work environments, manage change effectively and promote high levels of employee engagement, Hannah’s blend of academic rigour and real-world experience provides a solid foundation for guiding companies toward more empowered and thriving workplaces.

Sarah Burridge – Head of Admin

Sarah has worked in the financial services industry since 1989 apart from a career break to become a full-time mum. She has experience of working a varying type of financial institutions.

At the start of her career Sarah worked for large insurance companies before moving over to working in the advisory sector where she progressed from Administrator to Group Administration Manager for a national advisory firm, gaining qualifications in Financial Service and Management.

Sarah has worked for Advisory firms with individual advisers from 15+ to companies of one where she was responsible for implementing structured administration processes.

Sarah joined Halo Consulting in 2023 as our Head of Administration and is responsible for the oversight of administration and processes, providing support to both Paige and Rachel.
