Why Introduce Through Halo Consulting?

My name is Paul Bradley, I am the Principal of Halo Consulting and this will be my 25th year in the industry. I began my insurance career with Bupa, joining as a self-employed salesman in 1993, based in their Manchester offices at Salford Quays. I was quickly promoted to the role of Area Manager and moved to Nottingham to establish the East Midlands Regional sales team which I built to over 40 salespeople within a couple of years.

Headhunted to the broking world, I moved to Berkeley Morgan Healthcare as Regional Director building a national sales force of over 160 people, becoming a shareholder in both Berkeley Morgan and their in-house insurer, Universal Provident, in the process. Following their acquisition, I became Operations Director of the online general insurer RapidInsure.co.uk along with the offline Berkeley Morgan General. The Berkeley Morgan Group was floated on OFEX before being eventually sold to the Personal Group in 2004.

After a number of consultancy roles within the healthcare industry with both insurers and brokers, I became the National Sales Manager with Chase Templeton in 2008 where I launched and developed their specialist PMI broker network. Taking turnover from zero to over £15m per annum, I left Chase in 2014 and founded Halo Consulting.

Based in Nottingham with a dedicated and knowledgeable staff of 5, we bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our clients in the UK, Europe and even further afield.
